Elaborado con leche pasteurizada de cabra, madurado de forma natural durante más de 8 meses. Corteza recubierta con manteca de cerdo ibérico y aceite de oliva.

Es un queso de sabor intenso y ligeramente láctico, con aroma profundo. Corte de color blanco y textura firme y quebradiza.
