Elaborado con leche pasteurizada de cabra y oveja y madurado de forma natural durante más de 6 meses. Corteza recubierta con manteca de cerdo ibérico y o aceite de oliva. Pasta prensada y de color amarillento.

De sabor fuerte e intenso, ligeramente picante, posee las propiedades de los dos animales, formando un equilibrio perfecto.

Se presenta en piezas enteras envasadas al vacío, peso aproximado 0,8 kilos.
